Enterprise Spatial AI

One-pass spatial capture. An MCP runtime any LLM can call — 17 native tools, ~147 passthrough tools, ~9,500 API endpoints. Built for the enterprise vertical roll-up: insurance (claims & contents inventory), retail & facilities (space planning, change detection), and robotics (persistent spatial memory) — with honest labeling of what is GA and what is on the roadmap.

Enterprise scale visual: a fleet of edge devices fans into the RakuAI runtime, which is governed by a control plane enforcing permissions and audit across the whole estate. Enterprise Vertical Roll-up

Three verticals, one spatial-capture + MCP substrate. Insurance and Robotics are active funded wedges. Retail & Facilities is served reactively — promoted to a funded wedge when a design-partner commits.

All three run on the same Raku Capture pipeline + MCP tool surface at api.rakuai.com.

Insurance

ACTIVE WEDGE

Job-to-be-done: Adjuster or homeowner scans a room with a phone. The AI assistant extracts a contents inventory, item values, and damage evidence — no field technician required.

  • Phone-based splat capture (GA)
  • MCP query surface for claims AI (GA)
  • Contents-inventory template
  • Deep-loss / structural inspection — roadmap

Retail & Facilities

REACTIVE / INBOUND

Job-to-be-done: A store associate or facilities manager scans a room or aisle. The AI assistant answers fit-check, placement, and change-detection queries — "does this sofa fit by the window?" or "what changed since last month?" — without a 3D pipeline team.

  • Phone-based splat capture (GA)
  • MCP query surface (GA)
  • Catalog integration & placement tooling — roadmap
  • Multi-site change detection — roadmap

Robotics

ACTIVE WEDGE

Job-to-be-done: An autonomous system captures and continuously updates a spatial memory of its environment. The AI assistant (or the robot's planner) queries it in real time — no hand-crafted maps, no CAD.

  • Persistent spatial memory substrate (GA)
  • MCP query surface for robot planners (GA)
  • Real-time incremental update — roadmap
  • Multi-robot fleet coordination — roadmap

Deployment Topology

Edge devices stream into the RakuAI runtime; your control plane governs permissions, audit, and fleet policy — deny-by-default across the whole estate.

Deploy spatial AI at scale

Swipe through what enterprise deployment looks like — scale, security, and governance, on one runtime.

Enterprise Primitives

The shared platform every spatial-capture vertical needs — data residency, SSO, private/branded MCP endpoint, and OEM are gated roadmap items, not GA. Capture + Query is available today. Governance & Identity, Custom MCP / OEM, and Data Residency are clearly labeled by phase.

Tell us your vertical and use case — we will tailor a pilot proposal. Request a pilot ↓

Capture + Query  GA

One-pass phone capture to a queryable spatial model. Any LLM can call the MCP tool surface over the result.

  • Phone-based splat capture
  • MCP tool surface (query / act)
  • Vertical templates: insurance, retail, robotics
  • Per-project space scoping
  • API key / token auth (GA)

Governance & Identity  Roadmap

The auth, audit, and fleet-policy layer required for enterprise procurement. In Phase 1 build — not yet in production.

  • SSO (OIDC / SAML) — Phase 1
  • SCIM provisioning — Phase 1
  • Deny-by-default RBAC — Phase 1
  • Audit log of AI actions — Phase 1
  • SOC 2 readiness assessment — in progress

Custom MCP & OEM  Roadmap

Per-tenant custom MCP namespaces (your systems callable alongside ours) and private / white-label endpoints. Phase 2 target.

  • Per-tenant MCP tool namespaces — Phase 2
  • Private / branded MCP endpoint — Phase 2
  • Data residency options — Phase 3
  • Custom branding / OEM bundle — Phase 2
  • Contractual SLAs — Phase 2

Phase 1 = active build. Phase 2–3 = funded roadmap, not yet GA. No SOC 2 report yet; readiness assessment in progress.

Honest status: Capture + Query is in production. SSO/SCIM, deny-by-default RBAC, audit logging, custom MCP namespaces, private/branded endpoint, data residency, and OEM bundling are all roadmap items not yet GA. Procurement asking for SOC 2 today receives an honest “readiness assessment in progress” answer. No fabricated customers, no SLAs not yet backed by on-call. We will tell you exactly what is available when you contact us.
