RakuAI Developer Non-Disclosure Agreement

Effective Date: Upon acceptance

1. Definitions

"Confidential Information" means any non-public technical information, documentation, API specifications, SDK source code, game configuration schemas (.raku format), and proprietary algorithms provided through the RakuAI Developer Program.

2. Obligations

1. You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential.
2. You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any RakuAI software, SDK, or runtime binaries.
3. You will not share API keys, SDK builds, or internal documentation with unauthorized parties.
4. You will use the developer tools solely for developing applications that integrate with the RakuAI platform.

3. Permitted Uses

• Building applications and games using the RakuAI API
• Sharing publicly available documentation with your development team
• Publishing games created with RakuAI (with appropriate AI disclosure)
• Providing feedback and bug reports to the RakuAI team

4. Duration

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the Developer Program and for two (2) years following termination.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must destroy all Confidential Information in your possession.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
